During this self-paced study period, you’ll also receive 24/7 access to your trainer for any questions or guidance via our support system. You’re expected to complete all modules before attending the practical day.
Theory modules include:
• The origins and prophetic roots of Hijama
• Detoxification and blood purification
• The lymphatic and circulatory systems simplified
• Types of cupping: dry, massage, wet – and when to use each
• Hijama benefits for conditions like migraines, PCOS, back pain
• Scientific research and modern perspectives
• Introduction to Sunnah cupping points
• Infection control and hygiene
• Consent, intake, and red flag screening
• Adjustments for diabetic and blood-thinner clients
• Aftercare, clinic safety, professionalism, and more

🤲 Practical Day (1 day in-person training)
Your hands-on training day will take place in-person and focuses on safe, confident cupping technique and clinical readiness.
You will be required to bring three volunteers to practise on throughout the day. The trainer will provide guidance, supervision, and feedback during each round.
What you’ll learn:
• Proper cup placement for different conditions
• Blade selection and hygiene best practices
• Managing blood flow and session safety
• Delivering effective treatments from start to finish
• Real client scenarios and treatment planning
• Confidence-building through repeated practice
